 Marian Felicia Adina Village Truck

One of the men who was recently
ordained as a mission pastor is Marian, who is serving in the area of
southwest Romania called Oltenia. This area is filled with spiritual
darkness, but Marian and his family are bringing light to people who
want to seek it out. They minister in two different village churches,
one in Timna and the other Ciociuta, each having an attendance from
15 to 30. One of the members of the Timna Church gave some property
for a church building to be built. This building is now under
construction and we are hoping that it will be finished within a year.
To Marian and his wife, it is a miracle. Funding always seems to come
from thin air, bricks and workers appear and the walls rise.
This church will truly be a beacon on the hill, because its site overlooks
the whole valley. It is a wonderful location. Attending
church services in these villages is not easy. There is no running
water, no kitchen facilities, only an outhouse for bathroom, no heat
and no air conditioning. Yet the people come to hear the word
of God and lives are changed. |
